Espiritu Santo Island, Vanuatu Part 2

We had our usual breakfast … I don’t get tired of it as their coffee, fruit and home-made bread for toast is extra yummy. We set off on kayaks at 7:45am with all our snacks and gear for the day. Got to the small island where there is great snorkelling but the waves were crashing over the reef so we decided to explore the island first then kayak over to the Mavutor River (1km south of Oyster Island) and go up to the blue hole.  On the island we found this hermit crab that had just dumped his previous shell and was looking to move into a bigger, better home! I have never seen a 'naked' hermit crab before!
